Personalized Member Dashboards
SCLA's existing platform had a sprawling menu and a one-size-fits-all dashboard that left students unsure where to start. I designed a dynamic dashboard system where students select a focus mode, such as Job-Ready or Connect & Network, and the dashboard reorganizes to surface the most relevant tools and next steps.

Owned all visual design for SCLA, informational booklets, web pages, email newsletters, and presentations. Built a cohesive look across every touchpoint.

UX/UI Design & Content Management
Led the full UX/UI redesign and content overhaul of the U.S. Department of State's intercountry adoptions website. Built 10 user personas, restructured site navigation through card-sorting and iterative user testing, and rewrote 77 pages of federal legal content to an 8th-grade reading level while preserving full accuracy.

Organizational Branding & Web Design
Developed a comprehensive brand system for the U.S. Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women and applied it across every channel. This included grant program fact sheets and one-pagers, retractable conference banners, social media and presentation templates used to this day, Drupal 9 website redesign, and a Juneteenth commemorative banner.

Environmental Nonprofit
Full Design Suite: Branding, Web, Print, Email & Events
Managed all graphic design and marketing for this environmental nonprofit and designed annual reports, managed three websites, administered bilingual email campaigns, multilingual event programs, and social media across four platforms. An Earth Day campaign I led drove a 47% increase in donations; social media grew 15–37% in followers.

From concept to launch.
I've been doing graphic and web design since 2015, evolving from making posters for university organizations as a student, to designing for the U.S. government and international nonprofits as a professional. Due to previous work on smaller teams at mission-driven organizations, there have been times where I was the only designer in the room. This gave me the skills to manage the full picture: brand strategy, web design, print, email, and everything in between.
My focus is always on the end user. I balance the needs of clients and stakeholders with creating accessible, user-friendly experiences. I design with longevity in mind, so that clients and colleagues can easily manage what I've built and ensure long-term success.
Some fun facts about me are that my hobbies include volunteering at cat rescues bottlefeeding baby kittens and rehabilitating sick cats. I can also speak 4 languages!
