Amazon Conservation Webinar Promotion and Production

While at Amazon Conservation, I led the digital promotion, content creation, and technical coordination for high-visibility online events, including the Global Landscapes Forum and the Amazon Fires Webinar. These multi-language webinars reached global conservation audiences and featured experts across Latin America and beyond.
Event Strategy and Program Development
I helped develop the full program for each event, including drafting the run-of-show, organizing the speaker order, and coordinating the flow of live Q&A segments. I also wrote and edited speaker biographies for use on the website in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and worked directly with speakers to gather materials, confirm logistics, and ensure they had all necessary information and support.
Multilingual Design and Content Production
I designed the official event programs in three languages—English, Spanish, and Portuguese—ensuring a consistent visual identity across all formats. I also created and published multilingual web pages for each event, including layout design and responsive formatting. All speaker photos and related visuals were resized and formatted for web, email, and social media use to maintain professional presentation throughout.
Digital Marketing and Email Campaigns
For each webinar, I designed and wrote promotional email newsletters tailored to segmented audiences such as donors, supporters, and conservation professionals. I scheduled and managed email campaigns leading up to the event and developed follow-up emails with on-demand content, resources, and thank-you messaging. I also designed digital graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, adapting the visuals to each platform’s specifications.
Live Event Promotion and Social Media Management
During the live events, I managed real-time engagement by live-tweeting key takeaways, speaker quotes, and links, while tagging speakers and partner organizations to boost visibility. After the event, I uploaded and optimized the recorded webinars on YouTube and Instagram, adding titles, descriptions, tags, and accessibility features. I continued promotion of the recorded content to expand reach and share post-event highlights with wider audiences.
This role required a blend of strategic planning, multilingual content production, visual design, audience segmentation, and live digital coordination—resulting in strong attendance and high engagement for each event.
