About the Project

The objective of this project was to create informational one-pagers and a banner that the Office on Violence Against Women could use to promote their grant programs at regional and national conferences. The Office on Violence Against Women is a branch of the United States Department of Justice, and is responsible for distributing grants to organizations that specialize in reducing gender-based violence.

For these designs, I created new branding so that all of their one-pagers and banners look uniform, incorporating the color teal as a highlight color (which is the color for sexual assault awareness) as well as the U.S. government colors of navy and white.

Additionally, I created sets of icons and incorporated appropriate photos to represent grantees or the populations they serve.

Outreach in action

Branded materials assisted with the Office on Violence Against Women's outreach during conferences.
