About the Project
I designed a website for the Seattle Nice podcast, a local podcast exploring politics and culture in Seattle, Washington, USA. The goal was to create a digital presence that felt true to the show's personality while offering a smooth user experience.
Using the podcast’s logo as a starting point, I developed a complementary color scheme that shaped the overall visual identity of the site. I designed each page with intention—balancing boldness and clarity—to make it easy for users to find and listen to episodes, sign up for updates, and explore the show's content.
I designed the site with WordPress, allowing for flexible content management and future scalability. I created and integrated custom email signup widgets that blended seamlessly into the design and connected back to their MailChimp account, helping the team grow their subscriber base. I also designed a branded email newsletter template to support ongoing communication and audience engagement.
From visual design to front-end implementation and email marketing assets, I created a responsive, on-brand site that supports the podcast's growth and community-building goals.
